Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (Deemed University)

Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI) is a non-profit educational institution (Deemed to be University) that relies on financial support from government bodies, corporates and individual donors. Also, RKMVERI is neither a self-financing nor a `private’ university.

RKMVERI appeals to the well-wishers, and admirers & devotees of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda ideology to support the University through donations under the categories mentioned here.

NOTE:
1. Foreign donations (Cards issued, Bank Accounts created outside India) cannot be accepted here. Please see Donation page for other options.

2. 100% Tax Exemption: The Govt. of India has granted 100% income tax exemption to RKMVERI (formerly known as ‘Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University’) under section 80G, subsection 2(a) (iii f) of the income tax act, 1961(Click here to read Tax-Exemption Order). All the donations to RKMVERI are eligible for 100% exemption from income tax. Detailed procedure for claiming tax exemptions is given here.
